Lived here for multiple years. Been through so many owner's. No one actually took the time out. Actually to fix main issues of property. Such as roofing,Gutters, and piping. The pest problem is out of control. The people who actually cut the glass does a crappy job. Washers and dryers always out of order. Someone always sleeping in the hallways. Hispanics doesn't clean behind themselves. So Maintenance clean behind them. It supposed to be 2 vehicle per unit. But the Hispanics and church takes up parking so never any parking for you close to there. The office ladies are nice never rude. Macho the Maintenance is nice as well. Quiet area just roach and mice problem that's out of control to be honest. Rent isn't worth living in them Circumstances.

Ive Lived Here For going on 4 years and The Owner and Office Personal Are Good People . The Ladies in The Office April & Shannon Are The Most Compassionate People And the maintenance man Paco He is a very hard worker and when a work order is put in he follows through . Iam greatful To Have my Apartment. Also I read Some of the past reviews as far as pest control goes Lacasa Estates has New Management and As long as they are informed of ANY Type of Pest issues They Are Quick To Get Professionals in to Exterminate. Like I Stated Above Iam Very Greatful For Lacasa Estates And Its Owners And Staff and Maintenance GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. They have bugs and spraying doesnt do anything. Just disgusting!!!! A BOX IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE

Full of ROACHES. Maintenance is horrible. tells you to buy raid. I litterally have to buy food daily or the roaches will be in my fridge and everything. My kids be crying because their crawling on them. I am stuck in a lease. I cant wait till my lease is up. This place is nothing but full of roaches.
