NP Melisse Gladwell was so kind and willing to listen to everything I had to say. We need more medical staff like her.

The facility seems decent. I made the mistake of seeing Sandra Lemmel. She ignored anything I said and ended up prescribing a medicine I tried to tell her didnt work in the past. She completely dismissed anything I was saying and told me to come back in a month. I have a new appointment in a week with a different provider. She really shouldn't be handling peoples medical care.
Update: After my most recent appointment I would say avoid this facility. The staff is very unprofessional in general and seem put out to be dealing with patients.

Sandy Lemmel is unprofessional would never recommend her. She needs a new profession. I thought NPa were to listen and help patients but she was only in my room for 2 mins. I spent more time with the MA than her. The practice its self is ok but she needs be removed from that practice. As a medical professional myself I was completely Appalled by her lack of professionalism
