After Hours Care

I really wanted to give them 5 stars because Dr. Brown is amazing!! He is seriously the kindest, sweetest doctor Ive ever had. He is VERY quiet, however, and some people may mistake this for him being rude but its not. He genuinely cares about his patients. The nurses are also super sweet! Theyve always been great with my son and sweet to me. The older, blonde receptionist on the other hand, she is the nastiest, most hateful person. I have been there twice with my son and both times weve had to deal with her rancid attitude. Not only that, but there was a young girl in front of us and the receptionist just kept yelling about her having Medicaid. She asked her VERY LOUDLY if she had called her childs pediatrician and that since she didnt, Medicaid may not pay for it. Then she asked them mom if the little girl had Medicaid too. Literally, the only part of their conversation I heard was about her having Medicaid. Clearly, the receptionist was just trying to poverty shame her. I was standing about 6 feet away and I could clearly hear this part of their conversation. Although I dont know the laws 100%, this seems like a pretty blatant HIPPA violation. To put into perspective how loud she was being, I had to ask, What? several times while I was standing at the counter filling out paper work and giving her my license and insurance card. They definitely need someone else at the front desk. She has no business interacting with patients.

Just don't. Better luck at the ER if it's necessary. Didn't give me stitches when I clearly needed them and didn't remove debris that was stuck in my arm. My girlfriend and I dug them out with tweezers a few days later and am still fighting to keep it from getting infected. 10/10 do not recommend.

Dr brown is a wonderful intelligent guy I ever had ever meet and he's amazing doctor that I ever had and I'm glad he was my doctor when i was little that's why I take my kids to hin cause he's always been amazing doctor
