Polite, professional and done right! They replaced our old post back at the beginning of the summer. The weather and earth became very dry just after the install and the post began to lean. One call to Jim and the post was reset within a few days and hasn't budged since! The new post looks great! Great job and follow through by this company! Highly recommended!
