        I will warn people not to use this specific store. This is the first time I have used this specific store for an Amazon return. The item I gave to the associate never made it back to Amazon. Now I have to argue with Amazon about my refund. You may have an issue at this store.

        Extremely disappointed with this office. Needed a Notary Public, called at 5:43 pm and was told he would be there until 7 pm. At 5:50 pm arrived and waited in line. Got up to register and was told "Oh man, I can't believe he did that. He just left." I told him, " I just called." He said "I know I heard him tell you he would be here. I'm a notary public, but I am new and not comfortable doing anything without the manager." Not to mention last week when they notarized something, it was done incorrectly. So if you want it done right, go somewhere else.

      Rich, I am sorry to hear about your return not making it back. I can assure you that all of our amazon returns are shipped out multiple times a day and get picked up 2 to 3 times a day. If Amazon is saying you have not shipped back your item, please refer to the drop-off receipt we would have given you at the end of the transaction. On there you will find either a reference number or tracking number that you can give to Amazon so they can see in their system that has been returned by you.
