They did a fantastic job with our roof, including repairs to some water-damaged sections. The roofers were friendly, professional, and completely cleaned everything up afterwards.
But what impressed me most is how their sales manager guided us through the entire project, and served as our advocate when dealing with the insurance company. Our house has solar panels, and he also coordinated with the solar vendor on the scheduling of the detach/reattach of the panels, eliminating the need for us as the middleman.
Finally, they were patient and didnt ask to be paid until we got paid by the insurance company,.
I would definitely use them again!

In April 2023 it was tornadic activity in my area was shear winds over 65 mph. the next day I found several shingle flaps on my front yard so I decided to put in an insurance claim and also contact two of the most reputable roofers in the Bloomington area.
Jeff at Equity Builders Roofing was instrumental in securing a complete roof replacement from my insurance company. He went over and above to meet with the insurance inspector on the day they came. Compared to the other company that I was taking to Equity Builders was completely transparent from the start of this process. Their honesty prevailed and my new roof installment, covered by my insurance, was completed within a month of our first conversation. I would recommend equity roofers for any job you have in mind.
