When we ran into supply chain problems Bill kept me informed every step of the way. The installers were a hard working crew. AMI just completed a roofing job at our home in Bloomington. From Bobby, to Michael, to the workmen, they were professional from bid to cleanup. Everything was smooth and efficient, the installation and cleanup was impeccable, and above all, the communication with Bobby Van Pelt was FANTASTIC. The company is responsive, clear, honest, and thorough. We would definitely use them again for roofing or siding.

The inspector Bill Ryan was very thorough and professional. He was very easy to communicate with and made the process stress free for my wife and I. Absolutely blown away!!! The care that they took of my home. Everything was done correctly. This company is absolutely unbelievable at how well of a job that they did. North of Bloomington I'm sure other places as well was hit by a severe hailstorm. I have a 12:12 slope on my home I really thought maybe I had escaped damaged but not so fortunate. The gentleman Bill came out spent time with me talk to me and I could tell he wasn't lying to me and trust me I had several people out here. I had several companies trying to take advantage of me. All they cared about was seeing the estimate they didn't climb on the house they didn't do anything. I had one company from Indianapolis come and trick me and to sign in an actual contract. I thought I was signing to apply for loans they said they could get so I could combine a couple things on my home and include the roof. Low and behold the next day I got an email and I had two days to stop it or it was finalized they also sent it to where I could not sign it I could not refute it. It was a solid 43-page contract. Other people didn't even want to look at the shingles once again they just wanted to see the estimate. I felt they need to do what Bill did and actually look talk to me Tell me how everything was going to be done. I've watched several homes down my road The shingles being replaced and couldn't believe how they were treated home-wise and how crappy of a job some of them were and I watched very closely. I can tell you now AMI is the best company to go through I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you want the job done right. If you want your home taken care of and the process go with AMI you can't go wrong they really do care about pleasing the customer. I proudly have their sign in my front yard Debbie Erwin.
