Grant Griffiths was the real estate agent who sold my mother's home in just one week after it listed. He was professional and very easy to work with. Took the time to explain what forms and contracts entailed, and explained what a lot of the legal verbiage meant. Communication from Grant was exceptional. He always kept me posted via text and email every step of the way during the sale. The transaction was seamless.
