Kendall Partners is a professional team that wants to make a fair and equitable deal that is acceptable to both buyer and seller.
My elderly mom was selling her home in Illinois and I live in Florida. I knew the home needed TLC and was best suited for a flipper. I received several offers; but of course you wonder which one is the best to accept. Admittedly, we had one offer that was much higher than the offer from Kendall, but something did not feel “right”. Kendall just felt “right”. Nothing was rushed, no pressure by Kendall.
Mom made the final decision and she agreed that Kendall was fair, safe and professional. Mom and I are very happy today about the sale.
The process was stressful and if we had to do it again, I would skip the realtor that listed the house and skip the calls with the other investors and go straight to Kendall Partners. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, patient, fair.
