This place was recommended by my mom, and pre-COVID I had no problems with their work. Then I had gotten a chip in my bottom molar and this was one of the only places that had the tools to do the procedure admits COVID. After seeing a specialist to get a root canal I went back and got a temporary crown put on that was supposed to last for 2-3 weeks. The temp fell off after 2 days, they put it back on and it fell off again before I could get the permanent put on. Once I got the permanent put on I had felt it shift slightly about 2 weeks in then the “permanent” had fallen off after only 2-3 weeks of it being on. They were able to put it back on and apologized for using a different brand of material for the crown but this experience has made me hesitant to go back to get more work done. Their hours have also made it extremely difficult to even get in for an appointment since they are only open Monday’s and Thursday’s unlike what it says on Google.

Fantastic experience so far - staff is courteous and professional and the facilities are clean and comfortable. Had my Teeth straightened with Invisalign and Dr.Mashnouk was very detail oriented and kept me informed of the progress and next steps throughout. Nancy at the front desk is an insurance wizard and always reminds you via phone call the day before your appointment. Very close-knit family feel here and I would recommend them to anyone!

I can't tell you how afraid I as of going to the dentist. I had spent years hiding my smile or covering it up with my hand. I knew that the work I needed done would not only be painful (in my mind) but painful in my wallet. Dr. Bana is a SUPER HERO! She took about 3 months to totally transform my smile! She explained everything to me along the way, put my mind at ease and held my hand along the way! I would highly recommend her and her team. She is a perfectionist and really paid attention to every last detail! I'm so proud of my smile now!

Choosing a dentist is never easy. I have moved but I am still coming back to this place because of how great their service is. I've gotten my teeth whitened, fillings done and even my permanent retainer touched up....I'll stop there lol. I have no regrets with choosing this place and everyone is so friendly. Sometimes parking can be a bit tricky but never was not able to park. The staff was even kind enough to call in advance and inform me that there was a village event going on and were informative on where to park. They definitely go the extra mile with effort.
