Had them as a vendor for years. for some reason after 5+ years of service they stopped replying to emails, stopped answering calls for 6 months. We have never been even remotely late with a payment and yet they are completely unresponsive. I leave voicemails and talk to staff who tells me they're currently short staffed- i feel for them but they aren't even communicating to me as to when they can possibly come to remove our 6 full consoles completely as we have gotten a new vendor due to their lack of responses. As a business it is you responsibility to communicate clearly with your paying customers and actually service them when they are paying for a service.

If I could give 0 stars I would... The absolute WORST document management service known to man! As a small law firm, we utilized this service for our older records for storage. We request boxes on occasion and get no response for days and sometimes weeks! We requested our signed agreement in January so that we may to move to Iron Mountain as we are fed up and they are trying everything (even illegal practices) to keep us from moving our storage, including withholding our items although we are PAID IN FULL. They take our monthly fees but do absolutely nothing that is necessary to earn these fees. Arthur and Charles at 220 Record Management (whom bought Access) do not belong in a position to service ANYBODY! They are rude, have no customer service and are impossible to work with. If you want to save your business the headache and keep your sanity, choose another company!
