Horrible service. “Notary” spoiled my document, charged me over $50 to ship it, then refused to resend when the document was rejected becaUse she didn’t follow the clearly printed instructions.
Even if it’s true that she had to edit the document (which the state of IL apparently disagrees with) she was extremely unhelpful and only interested in explaining that she did it right and that she would not be refunding or helping me in any way. She then asked me to prove to her that the document was rejected while still insisting that no matter what I showed her she wouldn’t help me… deeply disrespectful, dismissive, and defensive.
I’ve been here twice and seen this woman give very poor service both times. Recommend looking elsewhere for notary service. I’m grateful I don’t have to go back!

The clerk was so patient and knowledgeable about getting my shipping label printed even though a thunderstorm interrupted the internet service briefly. She kept trying to connect and print. Frustrating as it was she remained calm and told me to come back at a later time.
