Went here for compression hose.  According to the owner, they only carry "high end" hose.  She said she couldn't get the "budget" hose I was used to.  I paid over $100 for a pair of hose.  DUE TO COVID, I cannot return them if they aren't right.  Yes you read that right.  No returns or exchanges.  These are the worst kind of retailers.  Family owned.  Too lazy to arrange returns to the manufacturer, and too cheap to stock any inventory.  Price gouging needy seniors and BLAMING their providers.  Stay away.

I made a purchase during COVID-19 and specifically indicated what I was looking for, but it was not what I purchased. After sliding my card through the machine, then receiving the merchandise, I realized when I got home it was the wrong item. Now I am unable to return the item and cannot used the product. Just wasted $113.00. No resolution was offered other than ordering the right item I requested. The people working there should speak up (from their 10 ft distance) and summarize the order and ensure it’s to the specs of the purchaser to ensure the sale is correct before the card is swiped. Terrible and will not be purchasing from here moving forward.

I highly recommend using this company for all your personal medical products. They are very kind, and go out of there way to make sure you are able to get everything you need.. I will definitely be using them again.
