This facility is the finest nursing home facility that I have ever encountered. The staff are absolutely magnificent. My beloved Aunt was a resident here for nearly 10 years, and I was more involved in her care than one can imagine. The staff were exceedingly responsive to my concerns, demands, and requests, and over time, I came to feel as though they were close family friends. The Director Maria was superb and responsive. So was Social Worker Laura, Nurse Manager Marge, Activities Director Lourdes, and every RN, LPN, and CNA I worked with. These are good caring people, and I can't say enough about the exceptional job they did taking care of my Aunt.

I can guarantee the only people who are posting five stars, are employees who were told do so. This is one of the WORST facilities in the area. There are a few CNA's and nurses that care. My grandmother does not leave her room, and not because she is bed ridden, but because they won't let her leave the room. The food- HORRIBLE. My dog eats better than most of the residents here. Someone commented on the activities the resident's participate in.... HA! I am there every week and the only activity the residents on the first floor do are crossword puzzles they give them every day. The employees have no respect for the visitors or residents. They talk to the residents any type of way in front of visitors and the nurses don't seem to mind. There are always flies all over the building. There is currently a COVID outbreak and the residents do not wear mask. I could go on and on about what is wrong with this building, but I don't have the time or space. Don't send your loved ones here.

Horrible.. Just calling they are abusive I'd NEVER recommend.. The norm of nursing home abuse.. I tried to keep the phone call healthy and I'm not even there.. Just HORRIBLE making a brief inquiry.. Just terrible aka typical nursing home abuse just inquiring on the phone.. I tried to keep it to 2-3 minutes and they became dysfunctional and quite abusive.. Just on the phone inquiry I give them zero stars not even a F.. A great big ZERO
