Terrace Nursing Home

I been working for the Terrace Nursing Home for some time and let me first said this out of all nursing home this place is heart warming the staff here are awesome the nurses are great caring n compassion us Cna are awesome with resident this place is clean need and full of activities for residents I truly love enjoy being part of the team and both Marsha and Jennifer are really great with there employees Edgar the administrators is a very sweet caring loving person front desk Mercedez is like a sunshine ☀️ I am excited and blessed to be here another thing before reading any negative reviews please see for urself first time ever I see nurses that actually care

If I could give 0 stars I would. My father came here for physical therapy after a stroke. His physical therapy was limited to none if ever. He basically had a living space of a twin size bed and was confined to that space in a shared room. The facility is dirty and thats being kind... It's hard to contact anyone live or seldom to say the least. To leave a message is the normal here and a call back can come within a day to a few days. Visitation is scarce and limited to 30 minutes and a call 3 days in advance (sometimes 2 days advance depending on whom takes the visit). A front desk worker became violent and aggressive because they failed to place our visitation on the charts. We were very upset over the actions of this worker and the disrespectful manor displayed in front of 12+ other patients. The facility director who was on-site didn't even apologize for the worker nor address us with total disregard for the situation. A simple show of compassion considering our loved one is in this facility would have been appropriate. Our loved one weakend more than gaining strength here and we have had him moved to receive the necessary care he is very much in need of at a different facility. Please, I urge you with the best of intentions and heart, do not bring your loved one here. Our list of warnings or red flags could go on and on, but trust your heart and gut feeling and avoid this facility for care. This facility should be shut down in our opinion and lacks compassion, cleanliness and proper care per each patients needs. These patients and the families deserve so much better for care! I'd bet my last dollar that some of the recent 5 star reviews are coming from workers, not actual patients or loved ones. We are however extremely grateful for the employees who truly care about their patients. Warmest regards.

They need to be shut down and exposed to the news. Even the new owner dont do the ppl and there food and care better than the last. It is nasty smelly and the food is keeping these ppl unhealthy and unhappy. It's a sad place and the ppl who work there have no heart.
