      image Had a cable box go bad - apparently during overnight firmware update - so I went in to swap it out. They scanned it, confirmed our address and I was out the door in less than three minutes!

      image After reading so many reviews of negative experiences at this Xfinity store I wanted to put in my actual good experience. They were helpful, courteous, and I was in/out in less than a half hour. I know it does not always go smoothly but I had several issues all of which were resolved with no problem.
