I want to thank Michelle King for getting me in contact with right people regarding my bill issues. Thanks to the manager Kara Robinson for fixing the issue. My transition to Xfinity services has been great. I am saving alot of $$$. Thanks again for the great customer service!

Giving this company a bad review is the only thing can do to get a little justice this super bowl Sunday as our router takes a poop on us for the literal 15th time today. Right before Usher. So uncool

This location is horrible, they dont help you when you have a problem and they all rolled their damn eyes like Im the problem. Hire some more competent workers here please.

The virtual assistant is absolutely useless and will force you to reset the modem and wait 10 minutes despite the fact that is not the issue youre calling for. Any attempt to talk to a person will result in behind hung up on. I switched to Metronet and havent looked back.

Dont get your phone here!!! I would give them -10 stars if I could. We went in to return internet stuff and they asked us if they could see if their mobile service would be cheaper, so of course we said yes. Before we knew it dude was porting my husbands phone without his knowledge. We figured wed finish the port and take the phone back to Verizon to have it fixed. Xfinity told us porting would take 10 mins and two days later my husband still doesnt have a phone. The dude who set up his service lied and said we would able to keep our equipment plan with verizon and just have a phone thru Xfinity. Verizon told us that was a bold face lie and wasnt the truth. I tried cancelling 3 times and they told me it was cancelled and it wasnt. I physically had to go in the store and watch them do it and even then THE MANAGER who was helping us didnt cancel the mobile service like we asked and we had $200 taken out of our bank account because of this. Which they said they didnt, but I have bank statements stating otherwise. The manager lied and told us they do this all the time and again verizon said they are absolutely NOT ALLOWED to do that. Also, they have garbage service. They say they have verizon service because they use Verizons towers, except verizon told us they get bottom of the totem pole service because they are basically renting Verizons towers so verizon customers get service before you will. The people are rude, dont help and will lie to your face. I spent 5 HOURS trying to get my husbands phone set back up with Verizon because Xfinity screwed it up tremendously. We now owe Verizon $1100 because Xfinity voided the promotional deal with had even tho they told use that wouldnt happen. Short answer: go somewhere else because in this instance you get what you pay for
