I would NOT recommend Phillip Halm, John Rodie or anyone associated with Crossover Financial. They cost me A LOT of money in my home sale. They are the most incompetent lending company whom make excuses and lie to you to buy time. I am currently seeking legal consultation due to broken promises and several losses . I was told they would “make things right with me” which never happened. If you want a trusting lending company DO NOT use Crossover Financial! One star is more than they deserve.

Mr Steve Pallotto and the Crossover group have been a saving grace for me through my two home purchases and one home sale in the last year! I can't say enough about Steves "get it done" work ethic and always going that extra mile to make sure the process is as transparent and smooth as possible. He worked diligently with me through my first home purchase being out of state, explaining all questions I had, and always working to get me the best options possible for my scenario. He then worked with me on a tight 30 day sale and close time line with ease and again detail! Steve is now our go to guy for any real estate transaction and referral that I can give!
