NuMark Credit Union

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been unfortunate to do business with. (They really don't even deserve 1 star) Everytime you go in there you are greeted with rudeness and zero service. We went in there today to open a CD. We were told to have a seat someone would be right with us. After a half hour we asked again. The black woman working there said she would check for us. Never got back to us and a few minutes later we see her leaving. Exactly what kind of service do you call this? Also during this another member told us to do ourselves a big favor and go elsewhere. So apparently they are known for their poor or lack of service. We have been a member of Numark for probably 30 to 40 years. The other branches seem to be much better. This place either needs to be checked on by someone higher or just close the doors. Absolute awful place!

I have been coming to this location for years and I always receive excellent service. All the service specialists are friendly, professional and pleasant. Julie is phenomenal...she makes you feel like family. As a senior citizen, I appreciate her patience. wit
