Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Maybe after a few years of experience but not now. The father did good work but not the son. Service: Heating system repair

I found Tinley Heating & Cooling by reference from my plumber. In October 2020, my furnace failed and was at end of life. I had replacement quotes from 2 other HVAC vendors that were way higher than TH&C. Im not always of the opinion that cheaper is better but I asked a friend who is in the maintenance field and he thought the other 2 estimates were ridiculous. I crossed my fingers and gave the job to TH&C and so glad I did. Steve and his team exceeded my expectations. He explained everything he was doing, punctual and completed the installation in a timely manner. If he was ever behind schedule ether he or Crystal gave a courtesy call with an update. A few months later when my AC went out, my first call was to TH&C. Steve attempted to service the unit a couple occasions but it too was old and beyond repair. Again TH&C had the best proposal and was able to install a new unit. I highly recommend Tinley Heating & Cooling! The team installed a new air conditioning unit, a water heater and a dehumidifier and they had to make it happen between the torrential rain storms. They are professional, personable and have competitive pricing. We have used them before with the same level of service and that is why we didn't hesitate to go back. Highly recommended.
