Outstanding customer service. Our tech was very knowledgeable about our systems history. He worked on the issue and got us up and running. They will be out again to finish repairing our issue, but he explained everything that was going on and provided excellent service.

My calendar said February 2nd, my thermometer said 17 degrees and my furnace said I quit!  My only response was to utter a four - letter word: HEAT!Calling Ed at Dawn, he quickly responded and promised to be out the next morning at 8 am despite a storm that dumped 10" of snow the prior night.Ed came as scheduled, analyzed the problem, said he had to get the necessary part. In an hour he was back, quickly replaced the part and voila...HEAT!We have used Dawn multiple times over the years for both our installations and repairs. They have always responded quickly, efficiently and most importantly taken care of the problem.We highly recommend Dawn and for anyone with a heating or air- conditioning,  we offer this four- letter word: DAWN!
