        I have never had any problems with the staff at this store but GameStop as a company is sliding down hill fast, They rip people off on store credit or cash offering pennies on the dollar, they always seem to be out of everything people are looking for, and now they have gone as far as making a auto answering system for phone calls that tell you to call back and auto hang up on you just because no one picked up the phone after 3 rings. what a way to show us that you dont care about customer service, I can only imagen what people have to put up with that work for GameStop.
