        Was able to have them come out the same day I called. The 2 men they sent were VERY knowledgeable and very professional. They Explained everything to us and answered all of the questions we had. Thank u again!!

        The guy came and said we had to do a bunch of stuff before he could do anything due to a sewer leak. He stood at the side and didn't even try to fix it. Was charged the service fee for him to do nothing. Had someone else come and they fixed it immediately.

      Hi June, I have read your service ticket to get some more information about this situation. It appears to be that there was an unsafe work condition in the trouble area which needed to be addressed before our plumber would be able to safely proceed with diagnosis and repairs. I'm sorry if this caused you an inconvenience but, we must keep safety as our top priority. We did need to collect our diagnostic fee as we did dispatch a skilled and trained, licensed plumber, to your home to evaluate the situation. We also informed you that we would be willing to return to your home once the safety issues were addressed, at no additional charge, to continue with our diagnosis.
