I believe he was Josh with an O ,if I'm wrong I'm sorry, but he came and replaced my flange even though he was on his way home, showed me some tricks and advice since, I'm renovating, cut out a whole L section of pipe and replaced it. Great guy, good price, will use for everything I need here on out.

We needed a new water heater and wanted to replace our old gas water heater with a heat-pump style. From our first contact with MB until after the job was complete, the customer service was exceptional. All members of the MB staff exceeded our expectations for courtesy, timeliness, professionalism and communication. Not only was the service better than we have ever experienced, the work was done in a skilled and timely manner at a fair price-- and they installed the highest quality equipment.

This is the second time I had Brandom Smith come out to do work for me. As a elderly lady I felt a intimidating. I was so wrong. I felt so at ease with him. He was kind, considered and he spoke to me in words that I could understand. That is why I asked for him the second time. The people are so clean and don't leave a mess. I recommend them !

In January my furnace stopped working I had Allen come out to assess the situation and to give me a quote for replacement and just a few days later I had Mike and Derek at my door to install a new furnace they cleaned up well after themselves and I appreciate what they did.
