T-Mobile - Closed

I replaced my Sprint sim card w/my free T-Mobile card the day we left on vacation. My service was awful! Most of the time, I had no service, while my spouse could still make calls & use data (we tried it on my phone first, did not put the T-M card in his)! I went to this store location when we returned, and Lauren was great about getting me switched back to the Sprint network Sim card. The phone I wanted to upgrade to was unavailable at the store so I ordered one by calling the T-Mobile/Sprint customer service later that day. Then the nightmare began! The guy lied to me and I had to spend a long time to get things cancelled & changed back two days later, when I read the email outlining the changes to my account. I have rec’d the new phone and am taking it tomorrow to this location to have them activate it and make sure I still have the Sprint network & plan I wanted. If they ever take away the Sprint network, I will immediately change providers & cancel my service. After the experience w/the ph sales guy (Carl) I will NEVER deal w/their sales dept again. Hoping it has been corrected now. Will find out tomorrow when I go to the store. I know there I will get correct information & everything fixed if it hasn’t been. T-Mobile should give your store employees a BIG bonus for keeping Sprint customers. W/out The info & assistance I gained from visiting the store, I would have cancelled my service after the fiasco of the sim card and the lying sales representative. Wasted several hours of my time due to that lying salesman. I highly recommend this location.

Lauren was great! She helped me switch to tmobile, in 30mins i was out the door going back home! Ask for Lauren next time you need help. She was very helpful in all aspects of our exchange.
