        Perhaps I should have known, but I didn't, that their "service menu" is ala carte. I booked a cut and that's what I got. No blow dry/styling. Consequently I left with wet hair in 40 weather. It's clear that they just want to turn the chair, so to speak. It's not the worst haircut I ever had ... but it lacks the nuance that a smaller salon would probably afford. Oh, and one side is longer than the other. On the upside, the place is nice and clean, the stylist was a lovely woman, it's easy to make an appointment, it's cheap, and you can book online with their app. Just be aware that you have to specify wash, cut, blow out, or whatever, whether you book by phone or online.
