Hanic & crew where very professional installing my AC unit. Always on time, took there time doing very neat work. Once done they explain all components of there work. When other company had mention about destroying my drywall to make it easier for them, this guys took there time went the extra mile to avoid destroying my walls. good job Hanic & crew for your professionalism

we recently had a very bad experience. around 3 months ago i was having an issue with the cold air in out unit. the land lord called out Hanic hvac the guy told us we needed a new "forced air" system the land lord who is in israel let them install it. the unit never worked, over the proceeding 2 weeks three different guys came to "fix" the brand new unit. they too were unable to get it working. Then there was silence..... when i called them i was told "ok sir we will send someone out" no one ever arrived. then they stopped answering the phone. the landlord called a different company to come and fix the unit after almost 2 weeks of no one calling us back or ever showing up. The other company refused to do any work on the unit. (the weather started to get a bit better) the landlord had the other company remove the "new" equipment and they installed a new carrier unit. we haven't needed to use it much but at least we know it works. this week hanic called us asking why the payment was returned from the credit card. so this is me helping them understand.
