Like the other commenter said: Get a second opinion of you hire Steve Rokkas. I hired him, and he was telling me about the value of putting in a new furnace. I fortunately took my husband's advice and went with a referral he knew. It turns out, I just needed a new part - one that cost a few hundred. I did pay $160, and he did not clean my furnace - just tried to sell me a new one. Services: AC maintenance, Heating maintenance, HVAC repair, AC repair

Funny how the only 5 star review is the owner's review. Absolutely beware - you'll get screwed if you don't know what's what. Talks a good game, but it's all a scam...

Just had a wireless thermostat installed and am very happy! Richard was on time, even a few minutes early. He was very pleasant during the installation and before he left he made sure I was comfortable with knowing how to operate it, letting me know I could call him if I had more questions. I highly recommend this company!

I set up up a couple quotes to get the humidifier on my furnace services. I had a couple quotes and when Dr HVAC came by the technician didn't even look at the humidifier. Instead he looked at the entire furnace (which initially sounds great) until he started throwing out a bunch of scary phrases like "co2 leak". He ended up telling me that he thought my 4 year old furnace needed to be completely replaced for $7K . When I said I had other quotes being done I was told that the assessment fee is $160 - which was obscenely high for a 30 minutes visit - higher than any other contractor assessment. Needless to say, I did not hire them to do the work.
