Denise called me after I was trying to find out mortgage rates online. She hit our credit, made promises to call me back with more information then refused to answer my phone calls or text messages. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend her. I wish I had never given her our information because now we have a hard hit on our credit and had to go to a different broker who also had to hit our credit. Luckily he was able to get us approved for a loan and we move in in 3 weeks!
