Shocking how terrible a "loan expert" this guy really is. Needless delays, attitude, zero customer service. Finally threw a tantrum because I had to contact his supervisor to even get a call back after almost a month of sitting on my information, then spitefully refused to work with me any further towards a loan approval. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Unprofessional and immature. Look elsewhere for a loan. Literally anywhere else would be better.

I appreciated Erik's transparency and candor during our mortgage shopping process. He was happy to answer any and all questions, whether it be over a super quick phone call or an extended conversation. We felt as though our time and needs were valued. His team was also super efficient in getting us closed on time (ahead of schedule really) and having everything logged in a digital platform made our (mostly) virtual closing a snap. The online tools employed to get us to the closing table were straightforward, intuitive, and helped us keep a digital checklist of everything we needed along the way. Erik was there to fill in any gaps along the way. Thanks to Erik and everyone in his team who helped make our first home purchase happen, especially in this highly competitive market.
