They took the time to step us through the details on the Wi-Fi connected garage door opener and how to utilize it. I had two good experiences with this company within a span of two months. The first was to obtain spare parts for an older door and the second was to have a complete new opener system installed. The opener was ordered on a Monday and the unit was installed the next day at 9 am. They were very very efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company for their friendly and qualified office and field technicians.
