        My roof was replaced by Rooftop Designs last August. However, I'm experiencing issues with one side of the roof and the gutters. With the rainy season approaching, I'm concerned about potential leaks. I contacted them to schedule a fix, and the foreman leader, Juan, said he would get back to me with a date and time. Unfortunately, despite following up two times this week, I haven't received any responses. They simply ignored my call and text. I'm extremely disappointed. While the pre-sale team was excellent at promising their work, the after-sale service has been lacking. In hindsight, I regret not choosing a different company for my roof project.

        Working with Rooftop Designs was a very good experience. I would recommend them because the whole process from meeting up with the agent and getting a pricing down was very professional. They did an excellent job on the roof and garage.

        Not very professional. Salesman Michael became rude after reviewing the price with me. I informed him I had two different proposals that were $4000.00 less than what he quoted. At that, he said there is no way anyone could possibly do the job for that price and demanded I show him the paperwork. I was able to get the job done and save $4000.00 by not using Rooftop Designs... Bottom line, get multiple estimates!

      Hello and thanks for the opportunity to bid on your project. I have spoken with mike he came to your home on October 12th which is almost two months ago he said after you said you had a lower estimate he only asked to see if the other company was using the same products and factory trained installers since we offer a price match guarantee. However you were not able to produce anything to take advantage of that so we could not offer it to you without any form of paperwork. We operate on a 10 percent profit on jobs so if somehow you had a bid so much lower either the sales rep in your home made mistake pricing it or something was different with the bid once again without seeing it we can only speculate. We have been advertising in the clipper magazine where you found us for many years and would not be able to stay there if we were not very price competitive. Either way Im glad you got a deal your happy with and thanks again for having us out .
