Our work was related to storm damage. Richard (owner) is a public adjuster who did all the communications with our insurance company, making sure that insurance came through with absolutely everything that was need to restore our home. He worked tirelessly on our part. Everything Liberty did was beautifully executed, with highest consideration and respect to our needs. They went above and beyond! 10 stars out of 5!! As many know the sight of water leaking into your home can be a scary and a financially terrifying thing. Navigating home owners insurance claims can also be a nightmare. Rich walked me through a very difficult claim. There was confusion, tears, rage and much frustration on my part trying to navigate the claim process myself. Rich stepped in, stood beside me and fought for my family through the whole process. It took him many hours of work dealing with my claim to get it approved. With his help my claim was approved for not only a new roof, interior repair but also siding. Once the claim was approved the work started all while keeping my family safe and off site as our original siding was asbestos and my child has respiratory issues. The final result is beautiful. I can not thank Rich and the liberty team enough for what they did for my family.
