Our neighbors recommended this company for our new roof, so I called them, and they promised to come in a couple of days.
A day before their promised arrival I texted them and asked what time they were planning to come the following day, Saturday, and Sam replied that they had a "family emergency."
I replied that I understood and asked when they would come (reschedule), but they never replied, disappeared.
I realize that things happen, but, if they found a second to text about "family emergency", they could have replied something like a certain date or at least "will get back to you" or similar.
I cannot claim that that was just an excuse, but it surely felt that way.
I hope they emergency ended up fine and they are all well and safe, but I don't think I will hire them.
