He did a very thorough and professional clean. No task was skipped (like others have done), i was very pleased with the work. Also, they did not try to addon other costs, it was all identified up front and the cost was less than other companies.

Today we had Mr. Duct out to the house for duct cleaning and I couldn't be happier with our technician Pedro. He was very professional and thorough and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend Mr. Duct for your duct cleaning! Will definitely call them again when the need arises!!!!

Not happy with our recent experience. Overcharged and bad company experience. This is the second time we called these guys. We moved to a new condo this summer, we called them for a duct cleaning. They told us that our flame sensor needed to be replaced soon, they tried to clean it, but sure enough our heat was not working. We needed a flame sensor replaced, which is a quick and standard procedure. It took several weeks for them to come out. Technician was nice, but unprepared. He said he had no idea what what our problem was before he got here. He needed to leave and buy the part which wasted more time. We were charged $129 for a ~$10 part (Packard PFS014), on top of the regular service charge. He said the company was at fault for lack of communication and organization. When we called the company to talk about this, The representative Taylor was rude and not helpful at all. She said we agreed to the payment before the work, but we did not see anything until the bill. This is a warning to anyone who uses Mr Duct, to double check everything before they do anything or there will certainly be additional charges. There is supposedly a "loyalty" discount, but we did not get any benefit from our loyalty.
