Kevin Kemp at RE/MAX All Pro was so kind enough to let 1st Place Chiropractic host a massage event at their office. Everyone at the office was so kind and welcoming, it was such a good time! Thank you all again!

Update 8/8: We sold our house for above asking price. Glad we were not desperate enough to take this company's clients offer of 14,000.00 less. We recently had the opportunity to deal with Re/Max All Pro as the seller in Northern Illinois. Matt K. Brought his buyer to my home and made an offer. Not sure what happened but apparently a few days had elapsed and buyer did not get a response from our side. This is where we should have realized there would be issues. 1) The buyer called the selling agent asking why we did not respond to their offer. My agent responded that "he did not receive an offer." I would have expected Matt K the agent for buyer to contact the selling agent and NOT his client. Very inappropriate and unprofessional on his client's part. 2) Buyer came back to home to see it again while price negotiations were in process. During this time personal property was broken and home left dirty with mud on bathroom floor and a human muddy foot print in bathtub. Mind you the home was spotless for the showing. Also, we had a 10 week old puppy in crate training with a note to not disturb the puppy. We noticed the broken personal property and the mud when we got home as we walked through the house to make sure all lights were off. Our first thought was "they left our puppy out to run around". But it was human foot prints on both floor and tub. We called Matt K up since his client called our agent themselves previously and asked if they had left our doodle out and what happened in our home while he and his client were there. Matt VEHEMENTLY DENIED anything happened at my home. Our response was "you were the only ones here". I ended up texting him pics of what happened. No response. That's when we decided we were not going to continue with this deal. Our agent insisted we counter offer and we did knowing we were done with this agent and his client. Matt and his client responded back with a dollar amount and "best and final". This is not Million Dollar Listing LA or New York. Matt the home your client was trying to purchase was a "cheap starter home" in the farm fields of Northern Illinois. Matt the reasons we the sellers did not want to deal with you or your client are as follows: 1) The lack of integrity when asked what went on in my home while you and your client were in our home. Clearly it was very disrespectful to leave my home in disarray. 2) As stated above you are not working for Million Dollar Listing LA or New York. We did not want to deal with your AROGANT ATTITUDE.You may sell and buy higher end properties in St Charles, but we are from the Western Suburbs: Oak Park and Riverside and agents from these area's do not act like you and your client. Maybe it was your client calling the shots but you in the end are representing your agency. We hope your client enjoys their second choice!!!
