Dave, Mike & Matt were our guys from estimate to installation. All of our workers did amazing work. They were on time, worked efficiently, explained everything they did with great detail, answered any questions and cleaned up after themselves. They were very thorough with everything they did and were a pleasure to have in our home. Great guys with a very personable and professional attitude about what they do! After collecting several quotes from highly regarded HVAC companies in the area, the best quote came from Blanton. The installers, Dan and Alec, were top-notch in all ways and were professional and thorough in making sure everything was done right. They were very attentive to details, too. Since the work took all day (new two-stage system and air conditioner), it got too cold at the end of the day to charge the A/C, so Alec came back the next day at a convenient time for me and charged the A/C. He even took time, before arriving, to stop and buy a new 5" basement drain cover to replace a damaged one from the day before - now THAT'S attention to ALL details in my book! And always polite and asking if I had any questions and offering suggestions when I didn't know enough to ask a question on a particular topic (this is our first two stage system and our first humidifier attached to the system). I bought my 1st home and I am not knowledgeable at all about well water and in general home care of maintenance. At 1st there was some miscommunication with scheduling or forgot to schedule me but things happen and I was understanding. Jonathan Ryan came out and was super nice dude and explained how the well water softner and treatment works and checked to make sure it is actually doing what it is supposed to be doing. Informed me of basic maintenance. He was very informative and answer all my concerned and questions he did mention we needed plumbing work and a few other recommendations. Prices were reasonable and was happy he mentioned there is a plan to get on for both maintenance and financial options for bigger projects. He gave me quotes on everything else needed that he mentioned. I went ahead and scheduled to get furnace checked and turned up by a younger guy name Jose. Super nice and he explained everything he was doing while i hover and watch as I like to be educated on things. Then I schedule to get some other stuff done that is when Michael Bombick came and installed new softner treatment for my well water, flushed my water heater, installed new water line for fridge and corrected my plumbing under the kitchen sink. He did also mentioned some major concerns and showed me personality what I need to address. He even called over a CWF restoration project manager to better evaluate and give me a quote for repairs not disclosed to me before I bought the home. I am thankful for Duane Blanton company going above and beyond to point out concerns, answer questions, Michael even cleaned up and put everything away and stayed a bit longer to answer anything else needing our attention. He was not able to have my fridge dispense water nor ice and it was more of a fridge issue. I did manage to figure it out and got it to work on my own. He did forget to turn back on my hot water before he left. I didn't notice until the dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes. it was a very long day for him and not a big deal and I appreciate him a ton in educating me about a lot with plumbing, valves, basic house care maintenance to do etc... but I am very thankful he put tags on all the necessary valves and I was able to figure out how to turn it on myself to get hot water again. I did love he gave my dog some extra love as well as she was curious in all he was doing. Overall, all dudes have been very helpful and Duane Blanton is reasonable depending on the project but glad there is plans and other financial options available. Everyone has been nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. Me, my partner Ryan and my dog ILSA approves.
