Communication was excellent, they know what theyre doing. The first plumber showed up (from a different company) and tightened the bolt to the toilet; it still leaked. Scott showed up and looked inside the toilet and fixed the problem straight away. He also explained the problem to me. Highly recommend and will use them again!

Wow....what an awesome experience. Called Good Mechanical Services for several plumbing issues, Paul showed up on time prepared to repair all the issues in a timely matter. Scott and his team were great. We had a mystery smell in our basement and they did a thorough inspection. Turns out it was a simple, inexpensive solution. Honest company.
