They are very miss leading they lead you on to apply for the application then deni you after you pay for the application to get your money IM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I TOLD STACY MY SITUATION AND SHE TOLD ME I WAS GOOD BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A LIE.

I toured with Ilene this week and touring with her was a highlight since I started my apartment search. She was able to navigate me and provide me with the information I need. Kati, the property manager, is really nice and was able to recommend great places near by. Fitness center looks clean and well taken care of. Once I sell my house, Ill definitely be back!

Toured earlier this month with Ilene and she was very helpful, professional. The finishes are really nice and in unit w/d is super convenient. I also liked the clubhouse features, with attached gym. Would recommend for anyone within the area looking for apartments.

**PLEASE READ*I applied for an apartment at this complex about 2 weeks ago, I was never called regarding my application for an entire week, I let the office know I had less than a month to move out of my unit! I was calling and calling the office, No answer. They absolutely do NOT answer the phone lines and also return phone calls AFTER business hours, so there's no way you can speak to someone!! Illene, I believe her name is, picked up the phone and hung-up in my face, very rude, while I was calling to check my application, also lied and mislead me regarding the status of my application. She told me that I would receive an email ONLY regarding the status of my app and that she is not able to give information over the phone regarding my application at all. I believe that to be a BIG LIE. I wrote the office manager and asked for a call regarding my application, I was not given a call, she would rather email. However I definitely believe this place discriminates and would never recommend anyone to that office at all VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and uses Covid019 as an excuse to not perform their jobs properly! The owner of this Complex should get an Entire new staff definitely, IILENE seemed as if she does not like her job!!!
