Jubelly the leasing manager and other management did an amazing job explaining the layouts of the apartments and amenities. I would highly recommend the team and apartments!

Have been here since 2022, and with any new apartment complex there are always changes, which has been evident here at beautifully designed apartments, and overall amenities here at The Bluffs-Romeoville. Whereas I have been here with the first two management staffers, the current property managers /office are in a category that in my opinion is consistent with exceptionally knowledgeable true property managers (Jubelly, Vanessa). They are kind, professional, courteous, detailed and exceptionally thorough. The property management office staff as well as maintenance staff have been nothing short of top notch!! We have had a bit of a snowstorm, and not only is the maintenance staff (Marcus and Ely) here at the wee hours of the morning salting and clearing the walkways, but there is also a company that plows the snow from driveways and from your parking spot. They have been doing this exceptional service round the clock. When I heard the plow trucks outside I immediately knew that I should move my car to ensure my parking spot was plowed. Finally, I believe The Bluffs has the absolute best in class management and maintenance team in place! Although there was a new $13 monthly insurance fee, I am sure it is possibly attributed to renters not keeping their required insurance up to date according to lease T&C. Thanks for also upgrading the Community Events..I missed the Panera Breakfast Event and will definitely make it to the next ones! THANK YOU!!!

Our experience at The Bluffs first started out positive, when they were Seasons at Romeoville the management team, the location, the prices, the apartment, the pool/grill area were all great! However once it became The Bluffs and new management team everything changed. The price of a one bedroom apartment went from $1400 to over $2000 with no improvements or upgrades to anything. New rules and fees were implemented that were not in our lease agreement. When concerns were brought up to the management team, they always gave the thank you for bringing up your concerns well see what we can do and then nothing was done. Also, someone was shot across the street and nothing was done to ensure our safety. I would not recommend, there are other apartments around the area with the same amenities and more reasonable prices.
