I was suffering from debilitating depression and anxiety. Dr. Giakas took the time to listen to my needs and developed a treatment plan which included medication along with TMS treatments. It truly has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life and I am very grateful to not only the Doctor but also his kind compassionate staff! Thank you Dr. Giakas!

I used to have a 5 star rating for this place and when I went into the hospital they didnt help at all completely pretended I didnt exist and wasnt helpful in anyway. The hospital needed a list of my medical information they had and they refused even when I was willing to sign a waiver. My mother was also trying to get some information and they were a brick wall. I will never trust this place and I feel horrible that my review was even up that long. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

So the doctors, counselors and people who manages the medications are great however the front counter and people who answer the phones not so much. I know it's prob not easy to greet people with mental problems but when you talk to them on the phone the people make you feel lower than you do and half the time doesn't relay messages. Better to try to make appointments and medication refill request by person.

Ive been seeing Angie for a few years and she is hands down the best provider out there who works with mental health, the front office staff is decent. There is one who has been so kind and helpful and always has a smile and never seems to feel annoyed when I come in. I am not sure if her name is Joe or Jill. She sits in the middle. But Ive seen the other receptionists talk to her so rude with other patients waiting to be seen. And another one with the dark hair seems so annoyed when she answers the phone or if someone needs help. Speaking only for myself the clinic should have more positive people like the lady in the middle. So sorry I do not remember your name I hope its Jill. Lol I have anxiety at times coming in and leaving and I always hope she can check me in and take my copayment. The 5 stars are because of Angie and Jill or Joe. Thank you Angie for all you have helped me with and thank you Jill-Joe for always making me feel comfortable coming in. I hope the other staff can get training on how to talk and treat people especially in mental health
