Have called this company about a policy for 2 months. Have yet to get a response. It says the mail box is unavailable. There is no way to connect to a person.

I understand it's the holiday weekend. But, most of the rest of the world carried on the 5th of July. Not so here. How reliable is that? The problem is that they debit my account when I haven't signed a policy with them. Most of us would go to jail if we did that.

They found my resume on a job website and called me for an interview. I told the lady who called that I was not interested in insurance but she insisted on me going and discussing about this "interesting" field. After setting up a date and an hour, I have received 1 phone call and 2 e-mails stating that I was supposed to get there 15 minutes earlier than the discussed time. I got there at the time initially agreed (because I was busy working at my current job) and there was no interview but a company and job presentation. The participants (about 15) were already introducing themselves by the time I made it to the meeting room, I was skipped from that part even though they were not done when I got in (I would never understand why they sent me in the room knowing that I was 1 minute late and knowing that it was so important for them to be on time while also knowing that I was NOT interested in a job with them). Then, there was a whole pledge for not wasting their time if not interested in their business (???!!!). Overall, I lost my time with something I was not interested in just to have their room filed and probably help them feel better about themselves. Awful experience and management.
