Insurance Agent - William Boyle

Unprofessional, takes days for them to get back with you. Bill has no idea what he is doing. He has no idea whats going on with policies he assigns. Its very frustrating trying to get information from him because he simply doesnt know and expects you to do his job for you! Very disappointed, if I could give it negative stars I would!!! Update: My husband is a client of his and his company is hurting bad because of this unorganized business! Its been 2 weeks and Bill continues to give us excuses on why things arent ready for him. We have companies that are ready to work with us but we unfortunately have to tell them to hold off because they can not figure out where THEY messed up on our policy. They have more work then they can handle & Bill likes to play favorites, He prioritize certain companies & ends up messing up other companies policies because they dont get the same attention! And his employee Jaime Ortiz is not making things better, instead he is sending incorrect information which is adding more to the stress.

RED FLAG Insurance Pro Agencies is not a good company to work with. Ive had a terrible experience with the quote their agent gave me. He was very unethical when he sold me an incorrect quote for my car hauling company! The quote started roughly at 5,000 for the year. He sold me a policy that saids I haul scrap metal. Agent said he was going to fix the error. Changes were made to the policy over the months and made it $46,000 for the entire year! Now I owe $6,000 to a collection agency because the quote was changed and I never agreed on the numbers! This company will not take responsibility of the agent because they do not review the quotes that their agents give clients as Dalila has stated multiple times. Be careful if you already have a quote from this company! Dont proceed! RED FLAG
