This is the worst apartment complex in Rantoul they dont fix anything my fridge was broke the entire time I lived there instead of replacing a fridge that was clearly going out they just kept defrosting it the property manager is a liar and is shady as hell they apartments are not clean she will tell you a vacant unit has been empty for over a year when it ma really been empty for a month and was roach infested I watched her move someone into a house that she knew was roach infested and they didnt even have exterminators come they left the window open for a week and called it good they loose more tenants than anything they dont shovel and barely cut the grass you would be better off living on the streets than living in Amy of these units and if they try and charge you 700 I would run they arent worth it and she is making up rent as she go along people are paying less than that but your charging others an arm and a leg for filth.

Landlord doesn't fix broken appliances took 3 months to get stove fixed and they never did fix fridge
