        Tony helped us 2x. First was getting an unconventional loan due to a deed in lieu. Everyone said no but we had good credit and down payment and he made it happen! It came time to refi into standard loan and a family friend offered to help since she was a VP at a bank. She said we could not and had to wait another year, which was false. In one day tony got the paperwork error corrected and got us the loan saving around 350 a month! Highly recommend him for any and all loan types, when others say no, he says let’s go!

I have been successfully helping current homeowners and homebuyers through the decision-making process for years. When it comes to choosing a mortgage that is customized for you and your personal finances, there is a variety of loan programs to choose from. For example, if someone were looking to be in a home for five to seven years, securing a conventional/FHA 30 year fixed mortgage would be the route most loan officers would take. However, this would be a huge default because the rate on 30-year financing is higher than on a five or seven-year ARM (adjustable-rate mortgage). This example proves that my goal is to genuinely help you choose the best mortgage for you. I am a mortgage professional striving to provide the outstanding, efficient service you deserve.
