Wow, just wow! My husband and I worked with Dennis Hutera and were simply blown away by his level of attentiveness and knowledge. After being disappointed by another lender, Dennis and his team at RDS Mortgage stepped in to fill the gap. Dennis was so helpful to me and my husband as first time homebuyers, walking us through every step and answering my plethora of questions. Dennis ensured that we had all of the proper documentation an got us cleared to close smoothly. Even after closing, Dennis has continued to provide excellent advice. Scott with RDS Mortgage Corporation was wonderful to work with. He made the process of applying for a mortgage much less intimidating. Scott was able to explain terms much more simply. He was always great with communication even when it took numerous phone calls in a single day. Best of all, Scott was friendly, engaging and extremely hard working.
