Superior Water Systems

We ALL say this, I should of.... but waited to long!! I was being cheap since another big name brand quit, I decided to get a water softener from a big box store. "It was junk after a few years". A friend told me, and told me & then said I told you so. So I contacted Superior Water and was quickly set up an appointment. Patrick came out and after demo, questions and answers - I did it, purchase the best system. Yep I should of listen to my friend, when Patrick from Superior Water installed this system he told me that he had the same coffee pot. Patrick stated the coffee pot required constant cleaning ie: the cleaning light. Patrick said you won't see that light come on after the R/O system I added. BEST DEAL, 1yr, 5mo no light, ice cubes crystal clear, water is perfect, even for the 4 pups. The dishes dry them self so quickly little towel required for use. The shower curtain stays much cleaner. Much less detergents used. WE CAN TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE with this wonderful system!!! After a shower you'll know (that silky feeling of clean). What a Great staff. I like stopping by to purchase my salt from the Kinetico Office & visiting the team!! A MILLION THANK YOU to the Kinetico Office!!!

Danielle was so very courteous answering my questions and Patrick was perfect. Im usually very critical of techs that get sent over(after having some bad experiences) but from dispatch to the finish of the job, couldnt be better.

Called up Superior water systems for information and filters for a softern and RO system that was installed prior to buying our home. Danielle was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She made the sale and experience easy and as enjoyable as possiable.

We've had our original Kinetico Softner for over 20 years. We first lived in Dunlap (7 years) and then moved to Washington in 2008 (I moved the unit and installed it myself, we're actually on NTPWD water). Never had any issues, but like all things, it wasn't going to last forever and it just died this past week. I called Superior Water and worked with Patrick. He came over and looked at the old unit and confirmed that it was dead. We discussed the options of rebuilding/remanufacturing the old one or going with one of the newer models. I decided to go with a new Kinetico Signature Series model and had it installed yesterday. Phil did an awesome job with the installation and we're excited to have soft water again! It was great working with the Superior Water team and I would highly recommend them.
