        This office is terrible. Not only do they take forever to schedule an appointment for you, they dont even tell you what time until the day of so you have to be available the entire day. The office lady is the rudest person ever, never friendly or helpful or nice. The service techs are alright and nice but overall a terrible experience.

        Customer service isn't the best. They call to ask if they can deliver a week later than usual. I was already out of water. I tried to meet them half way and they basically told me I'd have to wait an extra week. Delivery guys are professional front office not so much.

        Just the absolute worst customer service. Constant rescheduling and/or no call-no shows. Get into this century and actually use your website for scheduling and payments instead of using snail mail and phone/voicemail.
