Needed a new shut off valve on incoming water line and charged me 500.00 for his service. However since he came the next day he charged me a emergency call. This was the owner. Unhappy, but I should of asked price upfront never would have let him,I would of called someone one else.

I'm sorry to say I won't be using them again...I called at 8:04 am an scheduled a time which was to be 4pm to 6pm that day, then you call me at 5:37pm an say sorry done for the day but I can for a emergency call of $200. No I won't be using them again...It took him longer to park...A $30 line I had the water off..2 nuts to loosen remove the line insert the new one...Thats alot of greed and no integrity...No I won't be using them an u will tell everyone I know...Thank you..
