I have only had to wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes past my appointment time, this has only happened one time. I have 2 doctors there. I go to one of them monthly, the other one is quarterly.

Very rude 4 minutes Late. wouldnt see my husband. Ronaldo. I believe it was a doctor. Needs to find a new practice.

The only reason I dont rate this place as a 1 is because the staff have helped me with issues in quick care and the staff for primary have always been nice. Went to see a new primary dr Franada and I was asked things about my work that should have never been asked to revive a doc note to go back. In my opinion the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met and Ive been seeing a primary for close to 10 years. Treating your patients with respect is what a patient look for in trusting there doctor and I do not trust him with my life. Will be seeing a different doctor.

It typically takes 6 weeks or more to schedule an appointment so my child has not been seen by the pcp in years. Just tried calling ahead to urgent care to see how long the wait was. No answer but my child needed seen so drove out there only to find out they are closed. No phone message with a warning. It is bad enough that an urgent care provider is closed but it is unreasonable to expect them to have a recorded message on their phone line?

Came in with chronic back pain issues. Was told by there aprn "D Meyers" that he will not prescribe steroids. Because there are no studies to suggest it helps, "and I don't prescribed medication that don't have a study supporting it". There are literally dozens that I can find within seconds of looking.
